- Clean, clean, clean! Dirt will turn off a buyer faster than anything.
- Mow the grass and be sure to put all your equipment away.
- Turn on all the lights, even if it's a sunny day.
- Lock up all your valuables.
- Crate your pets & let your agent know where they are. Better yet, take them with you.
- Be sure to leave your home. Buyers are inhibited if owners are present and won't throughly look at your home.
