- Garage door openers are available.
- Warranties and instruction books for appliances are provided.
- Plants and shrubs remain as negotiated in your contract.
- Window treatments and lighting fixtures remain as negotiated.
- Insure that repairs you requested have been made. Ask for paid receipts.
- Furnace or air conditioning (depending on which is being used for the season) is working.
- All personal items of the sellers has been removed.
